Items in the movies, music and games category may have the least reason to be bought online. I've seen sites that sell DVDs and video games and believe it or not there are still mp3 downloads for sale online. Why buy if you can download for free?The Cost Factor:
If you really want a copy of the album, there are music stores that have wide variety of music and there is no additional payment that will be asked. Considering these items that are just small like CDs, money is just wasted for the shipping cost. It maybe possible that there will be an additional tax that shouldn't be added.
The Time factor:
If you think downloading takes a lot of time, then think again about online shopping. The delivery time takes a lot longer and it maybe longer than the indicated time given to the buyer.
Alternatives:
At present, music and movies are already available to listen and watch for free in the internet. This maybe the biggest factor why such these items can be the least bought online.
